The Welcome Center is the “Front Door” for those who are interested in services at Independence Center. Our highly qualified staff will help you determine eligibility and guide you through the enrollment process.
To get enrolled as quickly and efficiently as possible we offer walk-in house for enrollment on Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursdays from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm.
We are conveniently located at 4245 Forest Park Avenue, Saint Louis, MO 63108, just off the Cortex Metrolink Station.

Records may be requested to assist with verifying eligiblity. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and the Uninsured.
